Week Ten

Dear MJCS Families,

This Saturday is our in-school speech contest. The contest will start at 10 am. Winners of each group will represent our school to participate in CACA’s Speech Contest on December, 2nd at Murray Hill Chinese School. Good luck to all contestants.

Please see tentative schedule below for your reference:

Group CSL3 (age 12 & up): 10:07-10:15
Group CSL2 (age 9-11): 10:15-10:25
Group CSL1 (age 8 and under): 10:25-10:50
Group A (age 6 and under): 10:50-11:00
Break for 10 Minutes
Group B (age 7-9): 11:10-11:30
Group C (age 10-12): 11:30-11:50
Group D (age 13 & up): 11:50-12:20

There will be no cultural class this week and school will be closed on Thanksgiving.

From our PTO:

1. We are still looking for two additional parent volunteers to help with our speech contest on Saturday.  Please consider signing up to volunteer using this link: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0b4aafa623a02-midjersey3

2) Get your class photos!  The PTO will be in the lobby before and after class this Saturday selling class photos for $5 each.

3) Get your ShopRite, Hmart and 99 Ranch Market gift cards in time for your Thanksgiving food shopping.  5%-6% of all gift card sales will be donated to the school.

4) Food vendors will be in the Cafetorium lobby from 11:00am-12:30pm.  This week's food vendors are:

- Bo-Hai Dumpling (frozen dumplings and steamed buns)
- Happy Family (assorted lunch boxes)
- Domoko Sushi Ramen (teriyaki lunch boxes, ho-fun noodles, and sushi rolls)
- Honest Foods (kimchi, fermented rice and Asian-style pancakes).

4.     4.本週美食攤： 渤海村麵食、快樂家庭便當、Domoko日本壽司及便當，以及誠實食品的泡菜、酒釀及發麵餅。
