Cantonese speech contest is this Saturday. The contest will begin at 11 am. All contestants must report to the cafetorium by 10:45. No cultural class.
Our school’s Lunar New Year celebration is scheduled on 2/1. We will celebrate a little bit differently. Details will follow.
CACA “Year of the Rat” Gala is scheduled on 3/7 from 6 pm to 11 pm. Child care is available. Ticket price is $70. Please stop by the administration desk to purchase.

Free Seminar - This Saturday, January 11 from 10:00am to 11:30am. Marlboro Learning Center will provide a free seminar to speak about the Importance of Reading and Writing. Our guest speaker, Dr. Charles Lin, has been devising academic programs and advising on college applications for over 10 years, and has helped students get into top colleges. Discounted Ticket Sale for Vernon Light Festival. MJCS PTO is selling discounted tickets to the Vernon Light Festival. The festival will last until February 2, 5pm-10pm. The price for an adult ticket is $19.99 (the price on their website is $19.99 plus $3.99 fee). The first 100 tickets purchased will get a complimentary child ticket ($18.51 value. Help support the school by purchasing ShopRite, Hmart and 99 Ranch Market gift cards at face value. Gift cards make great gifts for teachers, friends and family! 5%-6% of all gift card sales will be donated to the school. Gift cards can be purchased in the lobby at drop-off or at the PTO table in the Cafetorium.
Vendors will be selling lunch boxes in the Cafetorium lobby each week from 11:00am-12:30pm.
