Dear MJCS family,
In-school speech contest is this Saturday from 10am to 12:30pm. Group CSL3 and Group A, please check in at 9:45am. Group B, C & D, please check in at 10:55am.
To support our speech contest contestants and to have our students to observe and learn, we assign two groups of audiences to participate. First group: Chinese 101, PC5, 6 & 7. From 9:55am to 11:00am. Group two: 1A to 10A. From 11:10am to 12:30pm. We will send youth volunteers to guide the classes to the cafetorium. Please remain silent during the contest.
Please help us continue to support MJCS by reaching out to local businesses for more yearbook ads sponsors.
Please note, Chinese painting and ping pong class make-up dates have been rescheduled to December 7th.

Discounted Ticket Sale for Vernon Light Festival: MJCS PTO is selling discounted tickets to the Vernon Light Festival. The festival is from November 29 to February 2, 5pm-10pm. The price for an adult ticket is $19.99. The first 100 tickets purchased will get a complimentary child ticket ($18.51 value. Kids under 12 years old). Buying one adult ticket gets one child ticket free. Come to the PTO table for your tickets before they are gone! https://vernonlightsfestival.com
Help support the school by purchasing ShopRite, Hmart and 99 Ranch Market gift cards at face value. 5%-6% of all gift card sales will be donated to the school. Gift cards can be purchased in the lobby at drop-off or at the PTO table in the Cafetorium.
Vendors will be selling lunch boxes in the Cafetorium lobby each week from 11:00am-12:30pm. Here are this week's vendors:

深受矚目校內國語演講比賽將在本週六進行。CSL3組及A組參賽同學, 請於9:45準時報到。B, C 及 D組參賽同學,請在10:55準時報到。
為鼓勵參加演講比賽的同學，同時觀摩與學習，本週六的演講比賽中，我們特別安排兩組觀眾出席。第一組觀眾是基礎中文101， 實用中文5、 6及 7班. 時間是9:55 到11:00。 第二組是傳統中文班一年級到十年級。時間是11:10到12:30。屆時，義工會到班帶領入場。比賽進行中請肅靜。
