Week 15

Dear MJCS Families: 

Happy New Year!!  Wish everyone will have great and healthy year 2016!

Language classes and Culture classes resume this Saturday, 1/9/2016.

Ms. Tam of C2 will not be in school this Saturday.  There will be a substitute teacher for her class.

Abacus Class will be canceled this Saturday.  The make-up class will be on January 23rd.

Save The Date!!!  CACA’s Annual Gala is scheduled for March 12, 2016 at the Somerset Double Tree Hotel.  This will be the biggest party of the school year.  There will be over 200 people in attendance.  This is a great time to meet good people from the other CACA Subgroups.  Babysitting will be available.  Please stop by the admin table for more information.  This is a semi-formal event so make it a parent’s date night and support CACA and MJCS at the same time…..while having fun and dancing !!!  Tickets are $75 per person, 6pm – 12am. (cocktail hour, 3 course meal, live music, exhibitions, DJ, raffle and good company).  You do not want to miss this event !

PTO News:

1. Happy New Year to all our MJCS Families! Please continue to support the fundraising efforts of the PTO by purchasing Shoprite or hMart Giftcards.  The PTO will receive 5% from the sales of the giftcards.  Shoprite or hMart Giftcards can be purchased in the lobby at drop-off or at the PTO table in the cafeteria.
    
2. Class photos are here!!!  Stop by the lower lobby or the PTO desk to preview your child’s class photo and place your order.   The orders that were placed the last week of school in 2015 will be available for pick up this Saturday.
    
3. Check out the items offered weekly at our Reuse and Recycle Fundraiser in the school lobby. We have lots of used books and toys.   All items are only 25 cents each or buy 5 for $1.

本周珠心算課暫停一次，補課將在1月23日

請和我們一起慶祝中美文化協會週年慶典!  時間：2016年3月12日，在Somerset DoubleTree Hotel舉行 , 希望大家不要錯過這個一年一度盛大的派對. 到時將有超過二百多人參加, 是一個認識其他CACA 成員的好機會.  而現場托兒有服務, 歡迎大家一家大小一起參加.   如果需要更多的資料, 請到教務處查詢. 希望大家多多支持這個CACA和MJCS 的活動. 門票每人$75元, 派對時間由6PM 到12AM.

家長會通知： 

1. 請繼續支持購買家長會的Shoprite和Hmart禮券。所有賣出的禮卷金額本校將可獲得5%的捐贈！  
    
2. 各班班級合照照片已經完成！請至家長會處訂購您孩子的班級合照。 已經訂購的家長請在本週六領取。
    
3. 本校資源回收募款活動已經開始。請大家將家中不要的但狀況良好的衣服，書和玩具等捐贈出來。 我們會每週在學校大廳舉行拍賣募款, 每件只賣25分，買四送一。
