Dear MJCS Families:
Thank you all for your support to our Breakfast Sale last week! Please continue to support our Breakfast Sale and wish to see more parents joining in next time.
This Saturday will be our In-class Speech Contest and Halloween Party. There is No Cultural class this week, except for Mrs. Cindy Tsai's Folk Art class. We ask all our students to prepare for the contest. It’s great opportunity to let your child learn more about the Language and Chinese Culture. And…..DON'T forget to put on your costume to the school on Saturday! Our Halloween party will begin right after the Language class. Students will have costumes parade starting from the class room to the Cafeteria. Parents please wait for your child at Cafeteria this Saturday. Please see details in PTO news below. Let’s all “show” up.
Due to the Halloween party, we will have no adult CSL class and no teacher Joy’s tutoring section this Saturday.
A friendly reminder, we will have no school next Saturday.
Our school paintball trip is on next Saturday!! The full details are now posted in our school website under “Event”. Check it out! Let’s all sign up and have fun together!

PTO News:
- Please continue supporting the fundraising efforts of the PTO by purchasing Shoprite and HMart gift cards. The PTO receives 5% from the sales of the gift cards. Gift cards can be purchased in the lobby at drop off or at the PTO table in the cafeteria.
- There will be a Halloween Party on Saturday, 10/31/2015 from 11:30am to 12:30pm in the cafeteria. Students, teachers, parents and staff are encouraged to come to school in their Halloween costumes. Note: Due to safety concerns, please do not wear a mask or bring any accessories that resemble weapons to school. There will be a parade in the cafeteria and prizes will be awarded for the most original costumes. There will also be crafts and lots of treats. Stop by to pick up your kids and stay for the fun!!! Start your trick or treating early!!!
- A big thank you to all who participated in the PTO Breakfast Sale last Saturday, as well as to the parents, teachers and friends of MJCS who stopped by to sample the delicious food prepared by our talented parents.
- The Reuse and Recycle Fundraiser is up and running in the school lobby. Please stop by and check out the items we have each week!!! Thanks to all the families who have donated books and toys for this fundraiser.

十分感謝所有參與上星期家長會早餐義賣會的家長和校方成員！ 請各位継續支持我們的義賣會也希望下次能看到更多的家長參與。
本週六將是本校班級演講比賽和萬聖節聯歡。我們要求所有的學生都參與這個比賽。這是次非常好的機會讓您的孩子學到更多的中文和中華文化。文化課停課一周，但陳秋娥老師的傳統文藝課照常上課. 還有........千萬不要忘記穿上萬聖節服裝來學校哦！萬聖節聯歡將在語言課後開始。 課後學生將會從教室至禮堂大廳萬聖節遊行。 請家長於下週六語言課後在大廳等候您的孩子。 那天我們將會有許多活動! 詳細說明請看下方家長會通知。
由於萬聖節聯歡, 成人雙語班及Joy 老師的中文輔導本週暫停。成人雙語班的補課會另行發佈。

- 萬聖節聯歡將於週六在禮堂大廳從早上11:30開始至下午12:30結束。我們鼓勵所有學生、老師、家長及校方成員都穿著萬聖節服裝和參加聯歡活動。 請注意，因安全上的考量，請小朋友不要帶面具和攜帶象徵武器的飾品。聯歡中將會有許多奬品頒給不同的最佳服裝 ！週六那天我們將會有許多活動!

- 本校資源回收募款活動已經開始。請大家將家中不要的但狀況良好的衣服，書和玩具等捐贈出來。 我們會每週在學校大廳舉行拍賣募款。
