Happy Chinese New Year!! Wish all a healthy and successful Year of Rooster!!
Our Chinese New Year celebration will be started at 11:15am this Saturday. Please note all the classes will be finished earlier by 11am, Let’s join the celebration and enjoy the performances and lunch!
This Sunday 2/5, our school and EB Library will also celebrate Chinese New year at East Brunswick Public Library from 2pm to 4pm! During the whole event, there will be many great performances and fun activities! Don’t miss it!
Please note PC8 class will have substituted teacher this Saturday.
No Culture classes including Volleyball class this Saturday.
Great News! Starting this year Spring semester we are adding Adult Flower Arrangement Class from 9:30am to 11:30am!! The updated Adult Registration form is now available in school website. Class registration will be started next week.
Save The Date!! CACA’s Annual Gala New Year dinner will be on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 6pm – 12am at the Somerset DoubleTree Hilton Hotel. This is the biggest party of the school year and will be over 300 people joining. Babysitting will be available. Great performances and great raffle prizes this yearJPlease stop by the admin table to buy the ticket. Ticket is $80 / person ($70 / our school member), Babysitting $20 per child. You do not want to miss this event!

PTO News:
1. The MJCS Chinese New Year Celebration is this Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 11:15am to 1:00pm. Come and join the festivities as we celebrate the Year of the Rooster. There will be a Lion Dance, performances by our students, carnival games, crafts and lots of great prizes. There will be food for sale as well. All language students will receive a red envelope and a ticket for a slice of free pizza. Purchase your tickets for the Chinese New Year celebration in the school lobby.
The Signup Genius email was sent out last week for volunteer opportunities. There are still slots open for food servers and volunteers to decorate the stage. PTO is also looking for volunteers to donate homemade traditional Chinese New Year food items including desserts.
