Don’t miss our PTO Breakfast Sale this Saturday from 9:30am to 12:30pm!  We will have all those delicious homemade food!

Please note school paintball is postponed to November, 12th and no school on that Saturday!  Let’s go out and playJ  The updated flyer will be sending with newsletter together.

Don’t miss CACA Autumn BBQ at Duke Island Park this Sunday, 10/16!  There will be lots of games, biking, hiking, playground and more!   Any students like to show your music talent, you will get free introduction there.  Students who like to be volunteers, CACA will prepare volunteer certificates at the site!  School encourages our families to join together.  Please sign up and pay the fee at school Administration.  

Please note our PC3 teacher Joy Huang is giving free tutoring starting at 11:30am at Cafeteria.  Any students who is interested in having tutoring class, please email teacher Huang at (reihwahu03@yahoo.com) before Saturday (appointment only).

PTO News:

1. OCTOBER 15th, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm PTO ANNUAL BREAKFAST SALE!!!! Please support this event and invite the extended family members and friends to stop by and try some of the delicious food made by our MJCS families.  PTO will be looking for volunteers to help serve food and most important FOOD DONATIONS  to make this fundraiser a huge success every year.  Homemade Chinese hot food like noodles, fried rice, soup, congee, dumplings etc are usually the popular foods and will earn you one credit towards your PTO Refund. Please remember, store bought cookies etc will not count towards PTO credit but we encourage and welcome any foodyou can afford to donate to make this event a big success.  Slots fill up quickly so please sign up as soon as possible, below is the link for sign up genius. 3. Stop by PTO desk and support school and PTO by purchasing Shop Rite and H Mart gift cards.  5% goes to the school!!
    
4. Stop by our PTO craft table set up every week in the cafeteria.  The youth volunteers will help assist your younger child to make personalized craft (ie. bracelet, frames etc.) for a donation of 50 cents per item.  We are always looking for donation of craft items new toys etc. Thanks in advance  for your support!
    
5. Did everyone get a chance to check out our new vendor "Willy's Fresh Mushrooms"? Organic fresh shitaki and oyster  mushrooms at discount price!!  Same mushrooms sold at Whole Foods at a much higher price.

由於天氣的原因,本校打漆彈活動正式延期至11月12日！ 那天學校停課，希望大家踴躍參加同樂！ 詳細內容請看活動傳單。

不要錯過本週日中美文化協會的秋季烤肉活動在杜克公園舉行！ 當天會有許多的遊戲和活動。任何同學有興趣一展音樂長才，當天會有小型音樂會機會提供表演。 任何想當義工的同學，當天會發放義工證明！ 千萬不要錯過這個玩樂的聚會！ 參加的家庭請向教務處報名。

實用中文3班胡瑞華老師每週六會在禮堂提供免費的中文輔導課。 請有需要的學生在週六前電郵報名給胡老師：(reihwahu03@yahoo.com) （只接受報名通知）

2. 10月22日10am到11:30am 本校會有一個坐談會是由紐約人壽保險公司Beverly 阮女士主持。 會中請到特別來賓Jenntyne Chern 和 CPA Owen Lui 講解 退休計劃並解答財務問題。 會中發放免費贈品。出席的家長會得到家長會一個退費點數。
    
3. 請繼續支持購買家長會的Shoprite和Hmart禮卷。所有賣出的禮卷金額本校將可獲得5%的捐贈！
    
4. 家長會每週將在禮堂設立勞作、手工藝攤位。 我們的年輕學生志工將幫助同學動手做工藝。 每個作品只需$0.50的捐款。 如果您有手工藝可以捐贈給我們給予更多有趣的創意
    
5. 已經嚐過我們新的供應商Willy's 有機香菇嗎？！和Whole Food一樣等級的有機香菇但是以相當便宜價格提供給大家！不過錯過了！
